The benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

While there are already plenty of firm believers in the miracles that apple cider vinegar can perform, most people are still surprised to learn what this humble vinegar can do. When most people think of vinegar, they immediately think about food. Sure, you can use apple cider vinegar for cooking and it also works wonderfully for making salad dressing. But if that’s all you’re doing with it then you’re missing out in a big way. You see, apple cider vinegar is different than regular vinegar in that it comes from fermenting apples rather than fermenting grain alcohol or ethyl alcohol. As a result, this amazing vinegar not only contains several times of acids—citric acid, formic acid, malic acid, lactic acid, succinic acid, and acetic acid—it also contains antioxidants called polyphenols.
“But what the heck does all that mean to me?” It means that you better make sure you always have a bottle of apple cider vinegar in your home because it’s incredibly healthy and versatile! Just check out some of the things you can do with it…
Polish Wood
