Apple cider vinegar for joint pain.

If you suffer from joint pain, you know very well that the standard drugs provide only temporary relief. The best way to reduce pain and symptoms of arthritis is lifestyle changes, including diet.
Also, you can turn to the means of folk medicine, and one of them is – apple cider vinegar.

Ways to use apple cider vinegar with pain in the joints:
Bath
Mix 1 cup of apple cider vinegar with 6 cups of water in it, soak your hands (or feet). If you have pain in the neck or other body part, put a compress on the sore spot.
Rubbing
Mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix together and rub this mixture into painful joints.
Healing Potion
Melt 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in 300 ml of water or any fruit juice. Consume this drink 3 times a day before meals.
Apple cider vinegar is an excellent and proven weapon in the fight against pain in the joints, and among other things is also a powerful antioxidant, which helps cleanse the body of toxins.
