Baking soda

It’s known as the best remedy for treating any kind of disease, baking soda can help getting rid of constipation. It is a bicarbonate, that forces air to come out of the body, to relieve you from the pressure. It can also neutralize the acid and make ‘things’ pass through the gut easily.

Oils

Olive oil can stimulate the digestive system to move things through the bowels, so the bowels won’t have to move. If you choose to take oil regularly, you might as well prevent constipation.

Coffee

Just like olive oil, caffeine can stimulate the digestive system. Just a cup of coffee a day can force things to move through the colon, and avoid constipation in this way. On the other hand, coffee can stimulate urination more frequently, as of its diuretic properties.

Water

Sometimes, bowels movements can be caused as a result of the friction, so they need to be lubricated in a proper way. Water can make this possible, helping in this way the proper function of the bowels.
But, the more water we drink, the more toxins flood the bowels and force it to make improper movements. So, if you want to avoid or relieve from constipation, you must take normal amount of water every day, in some cases, mixed with salt.

Lemon

Lemon contains citric acid, which acts as a stimulant to your digestive system as well. It can also help your body relieve from toxins and undigested food along the colon. A lemon juice, mixed with water will definitely help your body so that everything will run smoothly.

Also a good diet of fruits and vegetable daily will help, remember the ol'saying an apple a day, well I went on a diet of a large Macintosh apple a day, about a couple of hours before bedtime, and it solved the problem. also fruit smoothies so on....took about 3 to 4 days for the system to adapt, but it did work for me.
