American economy contracts to -2.9%...not good.

  • GDP Q1: -2.9% vs. -1.8% expected, -1.0% previous.
They expected a growth of 1,8%, it contracted to -2.9%...they were only wrong by what? 3000%...

Left wing liberal economics has never worked in the history of economics, whether communists, socialists, liberalism (except the Chretien government in Canada during the 90's, but then again, this was not left wing economics rather centrists and it worked just fine, let's spend what we can afford policy), we can see this in Ontario, the massive spending, the corrupt policies, the waste, 1.2 billions,(and guess what, they got re-elected..lol)
Since we in Canada are so tied into the american economy, it's not good for us either....
Spending like a drunken sailor is irresponsible and unlike the last recession, will the money be there to prop things up if the bottom falls out again...Considering the debt of the western world, it does not bode well.

Canada's debt is now higher than it was in 1993 when Chretien and the libs came to power, they went to the world bank or imf, and asked for a loan to restructure the debt, they said we would have to do massive cuts, including our health care and the P.M. said no, we would do it ourselves....and we did...

Who will the left blame for all this...
Bush, saddam, bashar al assad, gaddafi, isis, iraq, iran, russia, the weather, little green men, gremlins, goblins, 2012 and the mayans???? Anyone, anything but....themselves.

This is what happens when we elect people for who they are instead of what they can do....
These people actually think tax payers money is theirs to do with as they wish...We are all for helping out with social programs, or other nations, but how many billions if not trillions have been sent overseas to prop up governments that eventually laugh at us or turn on us...Egypt, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Ukraine, the list goes on...

But all is well, we in Canada are so known for our politeness, we do not complain, even when the rich get richer, and the rest of us suffer...Seen the price of gas lately...and this when Canada is the 6th oil producing country in the world....at a little over 3.5 million barrels a day.
Food is too expensive for some, rents are out of control, the bare necessities for most are out of reach...but we do send millions to the U.N. and other countries, government gets a pat on the back and we get the shaft......
Many warning were there, Ireland, Iceland, Greece, Portugal, so on, if it happened to them, it's on the way here.

I think it might be time  for a re-organisation of our priorities, don't you think? For the sake of our kids, our families, shouldn't they come first????
