Fake rape culture story exposed.

Georgian First Grader Beaten and Sexually Assaulted by Male Classmates…School Says Boys Just “Rough Housing”
Valdosta - Three first grade boys kept a female classmate outside after recess by hiding in the woods, pushing her face first into the ground. The victim, whose name is being withheld, has suffered scarring to the right side of her face from broken tree branches and rocks that she was allegedly assaulted with both physically and sexually.
The victim was able to escape the male classmates after fifteen minutes of torture, running into a fifth grade classroom and alerting a teacher of what had happened. The principle of the elementary school said he had a “man to man” talk with the boys and their parents, giving them two days of suspension. He neglected calling the local authorities claiming “it did not seem like a police matter, just simple rough housing gone a little too far”.
The parents of the victim are looking to press charges on the boys for sexual and physical assault, as well as a possible law suit against the school district. District superintendent was not available for comment.
This is called rape culture you guys. The girl was 7 years old and they called it “rough housing” between boys.

This is the "fake" rape culture story that was posted online on tumblr, though it is no longer on the website, "deleted" we can clearly see by searching the title that it used to be there...it does pop up on google.

This is called “I want a popular text post, and I think that if I make the source say CNN then people will just assume that it’s legit even though there’s no actual link to an article.”
This is a fake post. The source link is just a link to CNN’s main page, not to an article about anything like what OP describes. Go ahead, google the headline. The only result is this post. Try searching the story on CNN, where it supposedly came from. Again, you’ll come up empty.
If authorities were not naming the girl involved, a picture of her certainly wouldn’t accompany any article on the subject. In fact, that photo is of young Makayla McEvoy, an Australian girl, after she was attacked by a Kangaroo on New Year’s Day of 2012.
For some reason, dropmycumberbritches threw caution (and their integrity) to the wind and made something up, apparently thinking that nobody would take the time to check their story. While it’s very true that tumblr is full of incredibly gullible people, there are those who understand the virtue of fact checking posts like this before spreading them around.
But if I’m judging by the statements made by people who have already reblogged this post, the fact-checkers are vastly outnumbered by people who believe everything they read.

It takes two seconds to do a reverse google search on the photo to see it’s a little girl who got attacked by a kangaroo… What kind of messed up, sick person would make up a story of a little girl being sexually and physically abused and pretend it’s real for notes on tumblr? You are seriously fucked in the head.

I really hope OP is ashamed of themselves, holy shit. Talk about trivializing rape.Don’t make shit up to prove a point. Just don’t. It makes your cause look weak and sensationalized, and it makes you look like a cunt.Stay classy, tumblr.

It gets better: in one of her most recent posts, Cumberbritches expresses outrage that a middle aged woman who repeatedly raped an eight year old boy is going to prison (for 12 months), claiming that it’s the evil patriarchy punishing her when she did nothing wrong.
http://www.centralwesterndaily.com.au/story/793373/roo-attacks-girl-at-wyangala/

We have seen and read many stories of false rape accusations, false sexual assaults, assaults and many others online, men falsely imprisoned, (brian banks comes to mind), so on...
Some of the accusations are so ridiculous that one wonder why the hell they even make the light of day outside of personal revenge or mentally disturbed women who have nothing else to do...whatever the reason it is a major problem in our society, not only does it destroy instantly the reputation of any man that goes through it, but it also has a tendency to make said man guilty first, especially with the co-operation of the main stream media's insistence on printing the names of the accused before they are even found guilty(freedom of the press?). In these case, it's always guilty till proven innocent, that's not the way it's supposed to work.
Those who have suffered under this new way of searching for justice is men, we have not seen as of yet women been falsely accused of rape; but also the "real victims" of "real crimes" since we now have to go on the assumption they might be lying, and the justice system, investigators who also have to look at this possibility to try to get to the truth.
It's bad enough that we have to go through fake accusations, some out of revenge, financial gains, or some overnight drunken wing ding, but now they are posting fake rape culture stories online...
Some of them are even demanding that we make criticizing feminism illegal, Really?
How about starting with prosecuting those who report, make, and print false accusation shouldn't this take precedence since it is already illegal to do it....
Here is the site, again that initially made this false report....
http://dropmycumberbritches.tumblr.com/post/79911534991/georgian-first-grader-beaten-and-sexually
Pass it on, let's shut them down.

Personal thoughs...
There is no such thing as a "rape culture", true there is the act of evil individuals, and that is both genders, but to say a rape culture exists is to insult all, fathers, brothers, husbands and sons....
How can there be a rape culture in a society that has a majority of men who simply do not allow it, fight against it and pursue it as a crime against our women?
This is like the ridiculous notion of "the war on women", I can only speak for myself but go ahead and try to make war on my daughters see what will happen...
Men as a whole are AGAINST inequalities for our women...we fought together to get our kids out of manufacturing industries, coal mines, the vote, equal pay for equal work, this is not the private domain of feminism or any other self serving organisation.
Faking such things only help those who thrive on it for financial gains, shelters, feminism, some of the elite, the power hungy greedy few, it keeps us divided and at each others throat while we should be going after the few "individuals" who do harm.

I'm sorry, I must disagree with your comment that there is no "rape culture". I am a man, and during my entire youth I was conditioned to believe that my value as a human being was tired directly to how much I served and protected women, children, and society. I was taught that men ruled the world, primarily by my mother and female teachers in school. As I hit adolescence I was taught I was expected to not have feelings, grin and bear it, and that "all men want is sex". The combination of all these various social conditionings combined into a situation where i felt it was my duty to oblige any woman who wanted sex from me, even if I didn't want it, and that I should be grateful for any woman who wanted to be sexual with me. I felt completely disempowered from control over my own sexuality, and felt it was my social duty to perform at any woman's prompting.

I think this is the nature of the "true" rape culture that exists. That men are expected to hold back their sexuality until a woman demands it, then perform for her on demand.

I understand your statement, but that’s not a rape culture, per definition, its the situation you were put in...we are all put in situations we do not totally agree with some times in our lives, but it is up to us to rectify it to our needs without harming others...as for "all men want sex" you were made to believe that, "all women want it to", they just hide it better, which they always have, its called the chase, an inner characteristic of the female gender to see if you are worthy. History shows this to be true; otherwise the human race would not be over 7 billion right now. There is a big difference in the way feminism try to explain relationships and the way real women look at it, the two do not meet. Feminism is about inferiority complex, and the rest of us is about trying to make things work, it is hard but we try none the less.

Clearly we're dealing with a Rapearoo.

I just came across this post since the original Tumblr post is making its rounds again.

Saying that rape culture does not exist aides in perpetuating it. You're choosing to ignore something because it makes you uncomfortable and in doing so you're telling the people who are victims of rape culture that their experiences are invalid.

To say simply "we're all put in different situations" is dismissive of a legitimate and pervasive issue. Being willfully blind to something does not mean it doesn't exist.

Also, feminism has nothing to do with inferiority complexes. I think if you spent a few moments reading up on it you would understand it a little better.
Of course a simple definition is, "Feminism is the radical notion that women are people."
That a woman should want to be heard is not an inferiority complex. However, intentionally dismissing someone because you're afraid that you may have to share some of the power you hold absolutely is.

I understand that this story is a fake - that is well known - but your commentary is absurd and detrimental to all women and men who are victims of rape culture, which exists whether you choose to believe in it or not.

Rape culture does not exist, never has, men always looked after the women and children in their family or neighbourhood, any individual who would rape someone would be hunted down and sometimes even killed, that is historical, look it up.
As for the word `rape culture, in order to be a culture in any society it would have to be an accepted behaviour by most, is that what your saying, we are a society of rapists.....I suggest you simply research what happens to those who rape and go to prison...The majority of people are good to each other, that is the CULTURE. There is no such thing as a rape culture and since there are more murders, under your way of thinking we would have to call our society a murder culture first wouldn't we...or a thief culture...so on, so on.

The Native Canadian said...

"Saying that rape culture does not exist aides in perpetuating it."? Really?
Saying it does exists when it does not, wastes efforts and funds, if you would concentrate more on the actual issues instead of inventing one for political power and financial gains, maybe the victims would get the help they deserve and we could all concentrate on the real rapists (males and females) and identify them faster...If it is a CULTURE" please show me a real man, the father, the brother, the son, the husband, who approves of it...just one...
Rape is performed by a very small minority of evil individuals, that is who we should go after. Wake up.
People like you are the ones who are wasting efforts, tax payers money, "hence perpetuating it" and putting real victims in danger by wasting your time on something that is not there.
Go after the real crimes, not the ones who are in your imagination...Let me guess you think when a man looks at a woman that is stare rape and in your statistics?
If that's not in inferiority complex I don't know what is.
Thank you for your comment.
