Quotas for women...the tool for feminists to get power, at the expense of women....the unearned privilege.

Quotas needed for women in executive roles
(what, only in executive roles??? What about, ditch digging, construction?)

I always believed as do so many others that achieving in life through hard work is far more desirable than been put there because of your gender...or because your a minority.
A quota system for women basically tell them they cant get there on their own and need to be recognize for their weakness...that's feminism for ya.
Also, the quota system been pushed by radical feminists and their manginas is one sided, it is not for equality but for power, if they would be honest about it they certainly would not promote this only for the board room of businesses and politics, but for the military, police, welders, ship builders, coal mine workers, ditch digging and all the other dirty jobs out there...
To install someone because of their gender is extremely dangerous, having the years it takes to have the experience to run buisnesses or a country for that matter is an important part to making the right decisions...having more and more people there without it, would further water down the capability of a nation...but feminists do not care about this, if they can't have it, no one else can, and they will bring down, everyone, make people poorer, destroy economies to prove it...

Would I like my daughters to be up there, sure...but because they deserve it not because they are considered weak and can't get there on their own premise.
Quotas is another bad idea in a multitudes of bad ideas coming from western governments lately, they no longer promote hard word, but special privilege for those who have not earned it...
And that destroys economies, people's will to fight for the good life and nations themselves.
Why we must never, ever introduce quotas for women on boards
TalkTalk chief rejects women board quotas
EU quotas would 'patronise women'

In order to reach equality, those who promote such a stupid idea, namely feminism, should concentrate more on hard work and experiencs, not instant privilege...
Let women work their way up the ladder, promote those in lower positions, reward good hard work. let them climb the ladder instead of taking the elevator...eventually, they will get there.
This way, with the experience they bring, be more apt to make the right experienced decisions, which in turn would benefit all....
When those who are installed because of their gender complain there is resistance and bad mojo it's for a good reason, anyone, male or female would loath the presence of someone who got their posh position unearned, while those around them had to work for it....

And by the way, just for the hell of it, what do these pro-quota feminist really think of other women, once they achieve power???

Interesting isn't it, your a woman, aspire to be better and those who put a stick in your wheels are not men, but feminist who have power...
And that is what feminism is really about, not promoting womanhood, but themselves, and when they get want they want, we realise, men are not only the ones they dislike, but other women who do not tow the feminist line...
In other words...if you show you want to be a working mother, your also the enemy?
I have no problem with the professional woman, many of them around me are just that, professionals, but they got to where they are, respect included, because they worked at it, not because of some unearned privilege...
There are two kind of women in this world, feminists and women, men prefer the woman...as there are two kinds of men, manginas and men, women prefer men...
Both compliment each other, together we achieve more, and we do it not only for ourselves but to make life better for the next generation, taking short cuts takes us backwards....

As I tell my daughters, be who you want to be, but do it as a woman, that's important to making the world a better place, we need that balance.
Take a good look at this picture, according to the radical feminist, a stay at home mom, a working mom, is as much the enemy as any man out there...
But according to the rest of us men and women, who you want to be is your choice...
Fully supported and respected.
And guess what...no quotas needed....
