Canadian flag side by side with..confederate battle flag and white supremacist flag in Ukraine.

So someone made a joke about hockey, Russia and the ukraine, it's pretty frigging mild compare to those who support a coup against a constitutionally elected government who was willing to have early elections.
Democracy just took a step back, when the opposition is allowed to overthrow an elected government by force and the west supports it including the media...
Would they support this here???

And the video above, well those are the protesters occupying a government building putting Our symbol of democracy, our flag, along side of the confederate flag and the white power, white supremacist flag....
Now there's something to be proud of...not.
Here you can see in the  background, the nazi ss symbol allow side the white supremacist one...

Opposition protesters, numbering around 25,000, are led by far right groups including the overtly fascist Right Sector, led by Dmitry Yarosh. They had formed militias who had taken control of the capital, surrounding the president’s administration and parliament.
A group called AntiFascist Union Ukraine attempted to join the Euromaidan demonstrations but found it difficult to avoid threats of violence and imprecations from the gangs of neo-Nazis roving the square.

One of the “Big Three” political parties behind the protests is the ultra-nationalist Svoboda, whose leader, Oleh Tyahnybok, has called for the liberation of his country from the “Muscovite-Jewish mafia.” After the 2010 conviction of the Nazi death camp guard John Demjanjuk for his supporting role in the death of nearly 30,000 people at the Sobibor camp, Tyahnybok rushed to Germany to declare him a hero who was “fighting for truth.” In the Ukrainian parliament, where Svoboda holds an unprecedented 37 seats, Tyahnybok’s deputy Yuriy Mykhalchyshyn is fond of quoting Joseph Goebbels – he has even founded a think tank originally called “the Joseph Goebbels Political Research Center.” According to Per Anders Rudling, a leading academic expert on European neo-fascism, the self-described “socialist nationalist” Mykhalchyshyn is the main link between Svoboda’s official wing and neo-Nazi militias like Right Sector.

US ambassador to Ukraine Nuland boasted that the US had invested $5 billion to "build democratic skills and institutions" in Ukraine.

Right Sector is a shadowy syndicate of self-described “autonomous nationalists” identified by their skinhead style of dress, ascetic lifestyle, and fascination with street violence. Armed with riot shields and clubs, the group’s cadres have manned the front lines of the Euromaidan battles this month, filling the air with their signature chant: “Ukraine above all!” In a recent Right Sector propaganda video [embedded at the bottom of this article], the group promised to fight “against degeneration and totalitarian liberalism, for traditional national morality and family values.” With Svoboda linked to a constellation of international neo-fascist parties through the Alliance of European National Movements, which is anti immigration,  Right Sector is promising to lead its army of aimless, disillusioned young men on “a great European Reconquest.”

In a further indication of the rightist character of the new regime that has been installed, parliament voted that Ukrainian is the only official language, disenfranchising part of its population, which mainly speaks Russian.
The atmosphere is so poisonous that Ukrainian Chabad Rabbi Moshe Reuven Azman has called on Kiev’s Jews to leave the city and even the country if possible. He cited “constant warnings concerning intentions to attack Jewish institutions.”
(Sound familiar? It should, it has happened before.)

In closing,
Not taking sides, but to nag someone because of some hockey joke is minute compare to what is really going on...the very idea that some in the west have supported and financed this crap should be disturbing to us as Canadians..and to have ministers claiming on national television that this was constitutional is by far anti democratic and anti Canadian...
The power behind the demonstration in Ukraine is in the hands of the fascists, they are the ones behind the masks, and those in front of the government buildings the media is showing as freedom fighters...
Totalitarian regimes like fascism always get into power through violence and intimidation, and especially by the appeasement policies of the west...seen in the 30`s and the chamberlain fiasco...are we seeing a repeat...damn right we are...
Democracy and freedom `depends`on truth and to be informed, as we said, not taking sides, one is fascist, the other is corrupt, but there was early elections called and if the fascists are so sure, then they should of waited and have faith in the power of the vote. And Canada should of insisted that democracy is based on faith in people been capable of making their own minds, if every one was so sure of the oppositions support by the majority then why the `coup`.

Democracy survives and flourishes when all point of views are put forward offering not only one side but all sides of the story without restrictions...
Not exactly what the western media has been doing...wont see the Canadian flag side by side with the white supremacist and confederate one on the cbc or ctv, or cnn...and why not... Because they have become political, following propaganda...and that is...

The Canadian flag and a white supremacist one, now that is frigging insulting.

Here are more pictures you won't see on cbc, cnn, ctv...

Thank you, there is always danger of history repeating itself, some in my family sent to Auschwitz from Belarus, by the those Ukraine who served the nazis.
We seeing the same pattern been played out today, media think not important, just like the way it began in the 1930s

hell to fascists.

Your welcome Frayda. The only thing we try to do is show that maybe this is not something we should openly support without knowing all the details. Democracy depends on true information, not propaganda.

Agreed,to hell with fascism,of any kind.
This site tries to expose what the media refuses to show, the little details that just might be important to make a rational decision. Whether it be feminism, fascism, comunism and even capitalism.People and honest information is the mark of freedom, not a controlled message by what is left of the media.
