The conditioning of kids in schools

What Does School Really Teach Children?
People are not being educated; they're being tested for levels of obedience. School is about memorizing what you are told short term and repeating it. The bulk of how you are graded is by completing daily work. Obedience is, in fact, work force's most important quality in a worker bee.
“The biggest atrocity of all is to indoctrinate our children into a system that does not value their creative expression, nor encourage their unique abilities.” -Benjamin Greene“School is the advertising agency which makes you believe that you need the society as it is.” -Ivan Illich

“When Students cheat on exams it's because our School System values grades more than Students value learning.” -Neil deGrasse Tyson

“The aim of public education is not to spread enlightenment at all; it is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed a standard citizenry, to put down dissent and originality.” -H.L. MenckenWhen children start going to school, not only they spend most of their day in the classroom, but they start being conditioned to the 8 to 5 schedule which will be the blueprint of their future.

Let's highlight the main points that the education system is very successful in imprinting on the minds of our children:
Truth comes from Authority

Intelligence is the ability to remember and repeat
Accurate memory and repetition are rewarded
Non compliance is punished
Conform: Intellectually and socially

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” -Albert Einstein

Schools, especially here in Ontario, have become not a place of learning and growing for children but a place to push propaganda at the cost of individuality...
A child that has it's own thoughts and expression is not only identified as troubling towards other kids, but mostly to the teacher, and this child's parents is told that they are too active and obstructive to others and should be put on Ritalin.
Kids playing with a gun that makes bubbles is sent home as dangerous, another who kissed a girl on the cheek is treated as sexual harassment, not to mention how many times the word "bully" has been used to control kids behaviour, instead of realising kids do not bully but tease, adults, bully not children. Many other ridiculous stories such as this is not because of them doing something wrong, but kids not behaving according to the controlled path established by those who want to change society according to their beliefs.
Sex ed, and other crap they try to teach babies, even in kindergarten, is not to educate but to condition away from individuality...they even force parents to accept their twisted views by passing laws that prevent us from nurturing individual thought.
When I was raising my daughter I watched and paid attention to what she was good at, concentrated on those gifts and nurtured it as much I could...if she was not interested in certain subjects then I did not push them...even if it went against what the school staff would tell me, I remember them telling me she was overly active, I told them I beg to differ, she is happy and express that happiness her own way...this is the character of children.
If I would of listen to them she would not be the artist she is today....
And that is what parents have to do, force these people who believe they "co-parent" with us to do what we believe is best for our kids, we must never forgo our rights to educate our kid the way we want, to someone who learned about kids in feminist controlled colleges, and have no kids of their own.
This is the same thing with social programs, telling parents how to raise kids according to what they learned themselves in an education system that promotes marxist ideals.
Individuality in kids is been treated as an obstruction to their goals of a radical left wing obedient society. Advancement in any society depends on promoting personal gifts. In many countries the experiment of socialism, the "let's all think the same" was tried, and "none" of them survived.
So it goes to wonder why so many in our side of the pond are trying the same failed system.
