The backlash of false accusations, Mother tells son to ask for consent form before sex.

Young men, get a 'yes' text before sex
By Roxanne Jones

(CNN) -- "Watch out for the stupid girls," I tell my son. "They are trouble."
You know the type -- the party girls, the girls who thrive on attention. The girls who will do anything to get a guy to notice them.

It seems nearly every week, we hear news stories about sexual encounters at parties where everyone is drinking -- and a young woman says she was raped, and a young man insists the encounter was consensual.
I left out one important piece of advice that is a must-do today:
"Never have sex with a girl unless she's sent you a text that proves the sexual relationship is consensual beforehand. And it's a good idea to even follow up any sexual encounter with a tasteful text message saying how you both enjoyed being with one another -- even if you never plan on hooking up again".
Crazy, I know, but I've actually been encouraging my son and his friends to use sexting -- minus the lewd photos -- to protect themselves from being wrongly accused of rape. Because just as damning text messages and Facebook posts helped convict the high-schoolers in Steubenville of rape, technology can also be used to prove innocence.

How to protect yourself from false rape allegations is a constant conversation among professional athletes. I've covered many rape cases over my career, including those of Kobe Bryant, the Duke lacrosse team, and many others that never made the headlines. Sports agents and athletes have tried everything from openly or secretly recording their sexual encounters, which is illegal in some states, to asking all women they have sex with to sign a pre-consent form. And though the public may scoff at stories of athletes who frequent strip clubs or solicit prostitutes, many athletes say they do this to avoid unwarranted sex assault charges.

This might be considered to go to far, especially from the ladies, I mean to ask for a consent form before having sex would not go well...lol.
Yet, because of the rash of false accusations lately and so many been release from jail thanks to DNA analyst, it is something to think about...

I don't think you have to ask for a consent form, just tape the conversations, before hand and that would offer some protection...It could be accepted in court, or even cops could listen to it...

I know that here in Canada one can tape a conversation as long as you are involved in it...

False Accusations causes a lot of problems these days, especially fore men, but also to the "real victims" because there is always a thought in the back  of the mind "is she or he telling the truth," that is what false accusations put in peoples minds.

In some places, false accusation has had a backlash on the employment of women...
In the world of false accusations, no amount of precaution is excessive. Yesterday a politicians governing largest state of India said that officials do not want women personal assistants. Today I heard that judges do not want woman interns. Keeping a CCTV camera at all places, in offices, homes,  you never know when will you need it. ....... better safe than sorry.

It is terrible that someone might be prevented from been hired because of the fear of false accusations and since 99% of false accusations comes from unscrupulous women, it is the good ones that will suffer from all this...

It is also important to point out, most women do not make or promote false accusations against men, and that most men do not or promote assaults on women.
But as we can see, women as much as men are starting to noticed it could be a problem for a son that is heading to college, or in the workplace...
And do we hear condemnation of this problem by feminists and their manginas, no...as a matter of fact they will find all kinds of excuses for it or simply say false accusations are so small that it is irrelevant... say that to the man who is falsely accused, or to the woman who can not get a job because she is feared of what she might do...

Remember, to every action, there is always a reaction and we are slowly starting to see the results of all this "men all bad" bullshit.
