Exposing misinformation about women's issues

One of the thing we try to do on this blog is to set the record straight, to expose the true intentions of some in the feminist movement; to achieve power, usually personal power at the expense of equal rights for all. In this case it was at a candidate meeting in Kingston. (see full report here) Mary Rita Holland, the NDP candidate and the only woman running in Kingston and the Islands, said; "We can't treat men and women the same way," Holland said in response to a question about human rights for women. Holland said women face discrimination by courts that do not take into account social issues. Well I beg to differ Rita, I suggest she does some homework before making such statements, or is it she was pandering to the crowd, which was the same people we have been talking about on this blog? The people from the "step it up Ontario campaign". We can find many women out there who explain the truth about the real intentions of these people, Barbara Kay, Senator Cools, so on...

Here is Mrs. Kays opinion on the court system.

Then we have this, something the step it up campaign and shelters misinform people about, why is it they will not tell the honest truth about domestic violence.

And on radical feminism, the exact thing we have been trying to expose, that women are as equal as men, women have achieved and can achieve without the radical feminists.

The Family Coalition Party's support of traditional families was not well received by the audience. I wonder why pro-family candidates are not well received in a room full of feminists.

This blog does not try to make decisions for you, only to inform the attitude of some towards the traditional family, mother, father, and children, together in harmony. The destruction of the traditional family has made our society more dependent on social programs, these programs are now personal political power for some, their ideas are simple, make more people dependent on them, they get more funding and more power, at the expense of the next generation.

Do you like been a house wife? According to them your a slave to your husband, you should leave the raising of your children to a stranger or babysitter or daycare, that is their idea of the perfect feminist. Do you like to do both, that is our idea of freedom to be yourself.

Here is the full interview of Barbara Kay.

There is other women out there that exposes feminism for what it has become, like, the flipside of feminism by Suzanne Venker, definitely not a book liked by feminists, judging by the attacks online. We have other women, who hold power, not because of feminism but because of hard work and dedication, like Phyllis Schlafly, Sarah Palin, Kim Campbell, and many others, whether you like them of hate them, one thing is for sure, they achieve because of their gifts, not because someone handed it to them.
Sarah Palin is a perfect example of what we can achieve by our own dedication, she and others like her, that is you and me, have been described as "the women only a man could love", not a woman who works hard, that is not only an insult to her, but to all of us who work hard. And yes Gloria, I love my husband and he loves me, I love my son and my daughter, and my father, brother, and all the men in our lives.

Look up anti feminism on YouTube for instance, and you will find that most are...yes...Women, young women. Conservative women like you and me, who believes we can be both, mother and worker without the hatred of men. Feminism is over and we will make this world, a better place, there will always be chauvinism and feminism, but they will always be the minority. One as destructive as the other.

Recent survey

96 per cent of Canadian youths in the survey agreed that girls and boys should have the same opportunities and rights to make choices in life.
And 91 per cent agreed that equality between boys and girls is good for both sexes.
Research has shown that fathers who are involved with their children — despite some notions that women should be the primary caregivers — are less likely to be depressed, suicidal or violent.
Not good news for your man is bad, fathers are controlling, men are all rapists, men are all abusers messages, is it...
And to politicians, businesses, stop pandering to feminism, no need anymore.
We have always promoted on this blog the idea that society was coming back to sanity because of young people, that they saw themselves as equal, not the way feminist see it as men are all bad and controlling and abusers.
Fathers are an integral part of family life, it prevents drug abuse, teen pregnancy, welfare, but this idea is a danger to shelters, welfare, schools, all for now controlled by those who would destroy the traditional family, it will reduce their base, and their funding. Their time is up, it is the beginning of the end, and we will see their power greatly reduced in the coming years, and this alone will give our society, a chance at redemption.
Way to go kids.

Step it up! Ontario Campaign

The first thing I would like to point out is the lack of support this camping has, not because of the cause, the cause is good, one sided, but good, the reason is because of the people running these organisations, the way they do it is too destructive, senseless. With their attacks on one segment of our society, they alienate the women who love the men in their lives, the good son, the good husband, the good father; these men are not what they describe on their sites. And then they also alienate the men who have worked hard at providing, protecting, loving, nurturing, after all who in their right mind would support a group of people who describe them as nothing more than animals. So what is left, well we have the politicians who will pay them lip service, but promise nothing, and those who have political agendas to make this world a government dependent society instead of a family oriented one. How does this assist those who need the help, when they are more interested in self-promotion instead of concentrating on what they were there to do in the first place?
Let us dissect the support, on their site on facebook, they have fewer than 250 likes, this is after been online for quite a while. On this site, my friends post about what they did to him and his daughter, and we can see the love between parent and child in his video, has over 600 likes. This is not the whole site we post together but only one post. It simply says one thing, parent’s support him, and women support him, more than they support their site with their attacks on anything to do with men. Now that is poetic justice.
Now let us look at the web site, . See anything that resembles the facts that 90% of our men are good and loving men, anything about the fact that violence at home according to all statistic is equal between men and women, is there anything that recognizes that your fathers, your sons, your husbands are good people, or do you see people with a political agenda to demonize anything to do with men? It is not hard to figure out what the agenda of these people is, to promote themselves as the forefront of women’s rights, and if they were, then they would be a lot more popular than what we see now. On the right hand side, it should read, understand that violence against “people” is an equal rights issue, now look at the others things the talk about, I ask you, is the men in your life controlling you with rape? Is your boss controlling you with sexual harassment? With all the laws protecting us against this, the person who would use this against their employees would be sued in a minute. Go down the line "fair access to justice for women", this one is actually the silliest, the courts are so tuned in to women’s issues, any more protection would mean men no longer exist. Then we have, hold violent men accountable for their action, considering that violence at home is actually 50 50, should it not read hold violent people accountable for their action? The last one talks about experts, how does this make them experts? Experts would recognize and promote equal rights for everyone, not just part, when you choose one side, you alienate the other, and you reduce your power of advocacy, the only expertise they have is to promote themselves and their views, which is not ours. The reality of rape in not as one sided as they put on their sites, for instance, men and boys get raped in jail, in the U.S. a study was release;
It is estimated that there are over 300,000 instances of prison rape a year.
5000 women are estimated to be raped in prison.
You are more likely to be raped while in prison if:
You are young.
You come from a middle-class background.
You are not street smart or have no gang affiliations.
Physically you are of small stature.
Australia, like the United States, Canada, and the UK, is confronted with a growing prison rape problem, and the primary objective right now is generating more awareness. But in addition to awareness, the community must also take some responsibility for rape behind bars, because it is the community, as well as the victim, that will suffer from improperly-rehabilitated, traumatized, and suspicious individuals being released.
Now is this statistic included when they give you numbers, NO. Therefore when you do see them running numbers of rape, it is unrealistic, to them boys who are raped are not counted or should we say unimportant, giving out a distorted view of reality. Why is it, that these boys are not counted, they should be if they represent the people who are been raped and they want to be honest “experienced” advocates. Is it not they who say rapes are wrong for whatever reason? And here is another reason why they should include prison rape, when these predators come out of jail, will they continue to go after boys or will they go after women or girls, if they get away with it in jail, will they not feel compelled to be as aggressive when they come out? By not recognizing this problem, the work is only half ass,(pardon my language) and puts people in danger.
Where were they when my friend suffered two broken ribs and a ruptured spleen at the hands of his daughters drug addicted mother, did he go to the police, no, is he part of their statistics, no, did he abandoned his daughter, they way they promote men to be, no, did he raise her on his own, yes, did they help when he was having problems with her, no.
According to them, yelling, raising your voice, saying you ass@#& is a form of psychological abuse right, now let’s be honest, how many time did we women think, say, or yelled out “stop been such an ass@#*”, we have all done it, but again, if we do it, it is not counted in their statistics, but if a man does it, it is abuse…Therefore, what we have here are false statistics, based on who reports it to the police and we all know men do not report this, so the information they provide is incorrect, and what is disturbing is they know this and refuse to put them up.
So you see these people no longer represent the ideals of Erin Pizzey, the founder of the first shelter, or refuge, where abused women were offered tea, sympathy and a place to stay for them and their children, they have turned this just cause into a political self promotion. In addition, because of them, financial support is been reduced, and this we cannot accept. Those who really need the help will not get it because it is more important for them to be on the front page, or television instead of offering the needed help. Helping is what Erin Pizzey’s original work was for, not political self-promotion.
Fortunately, we have an understanding that this is the wrong way to go, and women of today especially the young ones, understand the idea that identifying all men as vicious animals is a destructive way to promote equality. Our fathers, our brothers, our husbands and our sons do not use sex to control, we mothers do not allow it, we never have; and those who do such things are the “minority” not the majority, so is it not a better idea to fight together, men and women, instead of alienating segments of our population? Would we not achieve more this way, than their way? Do you support someone who thinks your son is a potential sexual deviant? Let them know what they are doing is wrong, that our men and boys are not animals; we love them just as much as they love us.
Will you ever see this on their sites, you know, where their favourite argument is that in old days men abused their wives and the laws did nothing to protect women?
These were mostly British laws, which included all the colonies, as well as Canada:
In America, there have been laws against wife beating since before the Revolution. By 1870, it was illegal in almost every state; but even before then, wife-beaters were arrested and punished for assault and battery. The historian and feminist Elizabeth Pleck observes in a scholarly article entitled "Wife-Battering in Nineteenth-Century America":
It has often been claimed that wife-beating in nineteenth-century America was legal... Actually, though, several states passed statutes legally prohibiting wife-beating; and at least one statute even predates the American Revolution. The Massachusetts Bay Colony prohibited wife-beating as early as 1655. The edict states: "No man shall strike his wife nor any woman her husband on penalty of such fine not exceeding ten pounds for one offense, or such corporal punishment as the County shall determine."
Punishments for wife-beaters could be severe: according to an 1882 Maryland statute, the culprit could receive forty lashes at the whipping post; in Delaware, the number was thirty. In New Mexico, fines ranging from $225 to $1000 were levied, or sentences of one to five years in prison imposed.
Religious groups -- especially Protestant groups such as Quakers, Methodists, and Baptists -- punished, shunned, and excommunicated wife-beaters. Husbands, brothers, and neighbours often took vengeance against the batterer.. Vigilante parties sometimes abducted wife-beaters and whipped them.
Interesting that you will never see this truth anywhere, it would promote the idea that the majority of men, never accepted wife beatings.

In Erin Pizzey’s own words; militant feminists - with the collusion of Labour's leading women - hijacked the cause and used it to try to demonize all men, not only in Britain, but internationally.
Today the movement has been rebranded as Women's Aid and garners millions of pounds a year from a variety of sources, the primary one of which is the state. Pizzey has said that the movement she started had moved from the "personal to the political".
Soon after establishing her first refuge, she realized that much domestic violence was reciprocal, with both partners abusing each other in roughly equal rates. She reached this conclusion when she asked the women in her refuge about their violence and she concluded that most of the women were equally as violent or more violent than their husbands.
Now I ask you, “Will you see this on their site” not in a million years. So why not, is not the truth better to help those in need?
So, if businesses support their policies, we will not shop there, if politicians support them, we will not vote for them, we say, “enough”. The programs are there to help those in need, we do not need to start new ones, we only need to get rid of those who run it, change it from the political to the personal, just like Erin Pizzey wanted. We will achieve more by working together, rather than a chosen few who have taken over this great effort to make it their own little private property. An equal society includes our men.
